Holiday Lanterns Workshop

Get into the festive spirit with a warm, creative handbuilding workshop! In this class, you’ll get a clay slab to construct a cozy holiday lantern, no pottery wheel required.

Our team will guide you step-by-step through designing, cutting out architectural elements like arched doorways and window panes, and building your cylindrical lantern from a slab so the candlelight can glow through. You’ll leave your piece with us to finish, and finished lanterns will stand approximately 4–5 inches tall.

Afterward, our studio team will glaze your lantern in a glossy white finish and fire it. Once picked up, just place the included battery-operated candle inside to light up your home for the holidays!
