Cancellation policy

Pre-Order Policy

When you place a Pre-Order, you are purchasing an item that is currently out of stock or arriving soon. On average, restocks take 2 to 6 weeks to arrive at our Belleville studio.

• Order Holding: To keep shipping costs down, your entire order will be held until all pre-ordered items arrive in our inventory. Once everything is in stock, we will reach out to let you know your order is ready to ship or pick up.

• Cancellation Requests: You may request to cancel a pre-order before it has been fulfilled. However, please note that special or non-regularly stocked items are considered final sale and may not be eligible for cancellation (determined at the discretion of TPS upon request).

• Fulfilled Orders: Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Any shipped items fall under our standard Return Policy.
